This exclusive face-to-face forum is open to schools that demonstrated outstanding engagement in the 2025 Emerging Leaders Forum (ELF) online program. Participating schools must have attended all three ELF program days and submitted a project via Padlet. The forum provides an opportunity for student leaders to connect, share their learning, and deepen their leadership skills in a university setting.

To support balanced representation, a mix of ELF Primary and Junior Secondary schools will be included.

Eligibility & Selection Criteria:

Due to venue limitations, only 100 student places are available. Selection will be based on:

1. Order of application submission

2. School category, prioritised as follows:

- Victorian state schools

- Victorian state regional/rural schools

- Independent regional/rural schools

- Independent metropolitan schools

Each school may nominate a maximum of 10 students and must ensure an appropriate staff-to-student supervision ratio in accordance with Victorian Department of Education guidelines. Additional staff may attend pending availability and prior approval.

Schools confirmed to attend will receive:

1. Student media consent forms

2. Code of conduct guidelines
3. Dietary requirement forms
4. Program schedule and logistical details
